(1) For the purpose of equity investment in an industry, an institutional foreign investor may establish a company in accordance with the prevailing law and establish a venture capital fund with the approval of the Securities Board.
(2) In order to invest in the industry from the fund under sub-section (1), approval must be obtained after completing the process under section 15.
(3) The details of the capital investment fund as per sub-section (1) shall be provided to the department by such company every six months.
(4) Other provisions relating to the fund established pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
